The Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health. As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.

As a Specimen Collector:

· Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens

· Process and package collections for shipping

· Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory

· Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information

· Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal

· Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite

· Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)

· Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required

As a Specimen Collector:

The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugExpertly process UPS and FedEx pick-up requests, customer supply orders, report redactions, and fax verifications

Facilitate the company’s monthly Order Entry Verification process per the given Standard Operating Procedure.

Ensure as and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Service department by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position demands a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Part Time Specimen Collector  

Location: Mansfield, OH

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-9:30am-5:00pm; Friday- 9:30am-3:00pm (28 hours/week)

Schedule: Part-Time | M-F 12:00pm-4:00pm (20 hours/week)

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday and Wednesday from 12 pm to 7 pm And Friday 12 pm to 2 pm.
