Schedule: Full Time: Needs to be available Monday to Friday between 7am-6pm. (shifts could be 7am-2pm, 11am-6pm, 9am-4pm)

The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

As a Specimen Collector: 

Part Time Specimen Collector  

Location: John Day, Oregon

Schedule: Part-Time | Ideal Candidate:  Monday and Thursday, Friday - 9:30am - 11:30am Mon, Wed, Thurs - 2pm-4pm

As a Specimen Collector: 

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens 
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory 
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite 
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)
• Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required
