We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Operations Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be crucial in the coordination and execution of strategic and operational projects within New Ventures & Corporate Services, a team responsible for onboarding new business and driving cross-company projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, an ability to collaborate across diverse internal teams, clients, and vendors, and a balance of structure and creativity. You’ll act as the orchestrator of multi-team collaboration, ensuring the timely involvement of stakeholders based on project requirements while adapting as needed.
