We are hiring Customer Support Consultants to help users with their everyday favourite digital apps, mobile wallets, and family streaming accounts.
No technical coding or engineering degree required.
If you're the person your family calls when their app store or digital payment account acts up, you already have the skills we need!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Helping users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non-technical troubleshooting (think: unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, sorting out digital wallets).
- Keeping it friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented.
- The Shift Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday only—weekends are 100% yours!).
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch + solid professional English skills.
- A naturally helpful personality—you like talking to people and sorting out quick puzzles.
- Good computer skills (if you can manage live chats, emails, and phone tools smoothly, you're set).
- Ready to move abroad, experience a new culture, and commit for at least 1 year.
- Valid EU work rights (EU Passport).
