The Role
You will become a product expert in sportsbook and online casino, handling customer cases across phone, chat and email. You’ll take ownership, meaning you don’t just pass issues along. You solve them.
Your work will include:
- Resolving customer queries via phone, live chat and email
- Managing withdrawals and payment-related questions
- Processing KYC documentation and enhanced due diligence
- Running security checks on accounts and transactions
- Collaborating with payments, fraud and compliance teams
- Analysing customer trends and improving internal processes
- Contributing to KPIs and service level targets
You’ll gain real exposure to the operational backbone of an international iGaming company.
