Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent for iGaming company in Malta

Your tasks:
You will be part of a Danish support team, where you will be responsible for solving customer-related cases via chat and email. This means, among other things, that you will help Danish customers with their questions, but also English-speaking customers during busy times.
In addition, you will translate campaign texts and questionnaires into Danish, making them easy to understand and accessible to customers. You will also have the primary responsibility for managing customers’ individual accounts.
