The Role:
As a Dyson Customer Expert, you won’t just be answering questions—you’ll be delivering a luxury customer experience. You will:
- Be the Expert: Assist Danish customers via inbound calls, email, and chat with everything from sales inquiries and order tracking to product troubleshooting.
- Get Hands-on in the Dyson Lab: Our on-premises office features a high-tech "Product Lab" fully stocked with the latest Dyson tech, allowing you to test, play with, and master the appliances firsthand.
- Guide the Journey: Help customers find the perfect upgrade for their homes or hair routines, turning standard customer service into a premium experience.
