Senior & Lead Fullstack Engineers (React / Node.js / MERN)

Employment: Full-time via MLabs
Engagement: Contracted to a UAE-based enterprise client
Location: Remote (Eastern Europe / MENA / India preferred)

We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Fullstack Engineer to join one of our client projects. You’ll be embedded directly within the client’s engineering team, working day-to-day with their developers and technical leads. The contract will be via MLabs.

This role combines modern frontend development with scalable backend services. You will work across the stack, building secure web applications using React and Node.js within a distributed, enterprise-grade environment. Lead-level candidates will contribute to architectural decisions across both frontend and backend systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications using React and Node.js
• Design scalable RESTful APIs and backend services
• Build secure, performant frontend interfaces
• Integrate applications with databases and enterprise systems
• Optimize system performance across the stack
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
• Lead Engineers: provide cross-stack technical leadership and mentor teams
