One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager in the United States.

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the execution of high-impact, customer-focused marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to build data-driven communication journeys that support product launches, increase user engagement, and elevate the overall customer experience. This is a hands-on role where technical execution meets creative strategy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop, test, and deploy CRM campaigns using email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging

·         Own end-to-end execution of communications, from strategy to launch and analysis

·         Partner with analytics to measure performance and iterate on campaigns

·         Troubleshoot technical and production issues, ensuring smooth delivery

·         Drive marketing automation and operational efficiency across the MarTech stack
