Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can drive the full delivery lifecycle of our games - from concept to production release and post-launch support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management (preferably in GameDev or iGaming);
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (designers, artists, developers, QA, etc.);
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) or the game production lifecycle;
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban);
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports;
- Skilled in risk identification, change management, and blocker resolution;
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English and fluent Ukrainian.
Will be a plus
- Background in slot games or creative production;
- Experience with Jira automation, dashboards, or delivery analytics;
- Coaching or mentoring experience;
- Continuous improvement mindset and initiative to optimize processes.
