Project Manager (Finance)

We’re hiring a PM to drive internal finance projects - process improvement, system integrations, and reporting automation - and deliver them on time and with high quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal finance projects focused on process improvement, system integration, and reporting automation.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new service providers (e.g., payment processors, infrastructure partners).
- Oversee IT and marketing subscriptions, ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation.
- Map, document, and optimize finance workflows across all Group entities.
- Track project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of internal initiatives.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management.
- Lead and coordinate internal project meetings, maintain documentation, and track action points through completion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management (preferably within finance or operations)
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Experience in onboarding or integration of new entities or systems
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- English – upper-intermediate or above
