You’ll take learning from a workshop or idea and turn it into something people use—through follow-up, reinforcement, and simple, practical content that fits into the flow of work.

What You’ll Do: Turn Learning into Action

  • Follow up after training to ensure key behaviors are being used
  • Reinforce expectations with managers and teams
  • Identify where people are getting stuck and help remove barriers
  • Turn one-time training into consistent habits
  • Keep learning connected to real work—not separate from it

Create Simple, High-Impact Content

  • Create short, practical video content using simple tools (Loom, screen recording, Camtasia)
  • Capture real workflows and turn them into clear, usable examples
  • Build quick learning assets (2–5 minute videos, walkthroughs, job aids)
  • Own content creation end-to-end (idea → build → publish)
  • Focus on clarity and usefulness over polish
  • Move quickly—turn ideas into usable content without heavy production
