We are hiring on behalf of our client a Personal Protection Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and manage a close protection team for a private individual and their family
- Plan and implement safe travel routes; conduct risk assessments and advance site checks
- Provide discreet or visible personal security during daily activities, events, and domestic or international travel
- Monitor surroundings, assess threats in real-time, and react decisively in emergencies
- Ensure team discipline, appearance, and readiness at all times
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries with the client and household
- Train team members regularly on tactical coordination, communication, physical fitness, and emergency response protocols
- Liaise with local authorities, medical services, and emergency responders when necessary
