Technical Account Manager (1 Year Contract)

Successful candidates will act as man-in-the-middle between customer and IT technical teams to ensure exceptional customer experience. They will build strong customer relationships from a technical aspect and evaluate their needs to suggest IT solutions making sure IT projects are delivered on time and technical support requests are resolved in due time.
This role requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent communication skills.
