Yes. The 30-day Company trial and 14-day Startup trial require no payment details upfront. You'll only be asked for payment if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
How does the AI matching actually work? +
We convert both job postings and candidate profiles into structured data — skills, certifications, experience, and a short compatibility questionnaire (10 questions). Our matching engine compares these profiles and ranks candidates by overall fit, not just keyword matches. Every placement is rated by both sides, which feeds back into improving future matches. Can I cancel anytime? +
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months.
What's included in the Startup collaboration matching? +
Startup matching goes beyond job postings. You can specify that you're looking for co-founders, advisors, technical partners, or pilot customers. Profiles are matched on mission alignment, domain expertise, and working style — not just CV keywords.
Do you have pricing for manning agencies? +
Yes — manning agencies have different volume and workflow needs. Contact us directly and we'll build a custom plan. Typically this includes API access, bulk profile import, and dedicated support.
Why is the Seafarer plan always free? +
Because the value of the platform depends on having real, complete candidate profiles. We believe charging seafarers creates a worse platform for everyone. Companies pay for the matching — job seekers never will.
