Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Agent in Málaga, Spain

Already living in Malaga and ready for something new?

We’re hiring for our client, a fast-growing company working with tech and e-commerce brands & they’re looking for someone who’s not just “good with customers”… but who actually cares. 

Responsibilities

  • Help customers with everything from product onboarding to troubleshooting tech issues
  • Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups 
  • Solve tricky cases
  • Communicate via phone & email (mostly inbound)
  • Document cases and keep things structured 

Requirements

You'll be happy in this role if you:

  • Actually enjoy helping people 
  • Can stay calm when things get messy
  • Like figuring things out
  • Prefer a smaller, close-knit team over a huge corporate setup
  • Want stability 

Requirements 

  • Fluent in Norwegian (written & spoken)
  • Good level of English (internal language)
  • Around 1+ year experience in customer service/support
  • Already based in Malaga (or very close)
  • Comfortable with tech (you don’t need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either)
