Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

As Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in strengthening Excelya’s ability to attract the best talent in clinical research. You will focus on proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and building strategic talent pipelines to support our hiring teams across multiple regions (France, Belgium, Greece).

You’ll collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, and operational teams, contributing to a high-impact recruitment function.
