eJam is a consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands. Our portfolio includes category leaders ranked at the top of Amazon, carried in major retailers nationwide, and sold across DTC, marketplaces, and every channel in between. We operate like a holding company with the speed of a startup: small teams with real ownership and accountability.
The Role
eJam has grown faster than its management layer. We have strong brand leaders and specialists, more than 100 people across more than a dozen countries, and 12 open seats. What we do not yet have is one operating rhythm that connects the executive team to each brand and each department. The Chief of Staff builds that rhythm and runs it.
This is an operator's role, not an advisory one. You will own how eJam plans, meets, decides, documents and follows through, and you will spend your first 90 days inside the growth and marketing teams, where the handoffs between creative, media buying, conversion, retention and marketplace need the most work. You do not own a P&L. You make sure the people who do own one deliver what they committed to.
