(Fluent English, hybrid) UX Designer

We’re looking for a Strong Middle or Senior UX Designer to join our team in Cluj-Napoca (hybrid).
A hands-on role owning the UX process end-to-end — researching, prototyping, testing and iterating to turn ideas into experiences that users love. Designing products from scratch and creating engaging, immersive user experiences will be at the core of your work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions;
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for immersive experiences;
- Collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams to align UX with business goals.
What we’ll need:
- 3-4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience;
- Based in Cluj-Napoca and open to hybrid work;
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+);
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work;
- Proficiency in UX/UI tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar);
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive user experiences;
- Creativity and initiative.
Will be a plus:
- Experience designing for VR/XR or other immersive technologies.
