What you will do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls, chats, emails, and social media
- Handle made-to-order inquiries and returns, explaining policies and offering suitable alternatives
- Manage faulty or damaged item reports, coordinating with brands and resolving escalations
- Support delivery and customization requests by liaising with designers and assessing costs
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
