Requirements
Helping customers via phone, chat and email
Solving cases fully — not just forwarding them
Approving withdrawals and handling KYC
Running daily security checks
Spotting trends and sharing insights to improve processes
Working closely with other internal teams
Reaching your KPIs and contributing to a strong team atmosphere
