Performance Marketing Creative Analyst
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Creative Analyst to turn performance data into high-performing ads — analyze what works, prioritize tests, and partner with UA/Design to scale winners across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic.
Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Development
- Own creative direction for performance campaigns across channels, markets, and user journeys.
- Develop and test ad concepts, storyboards, and messaging frameworks tailored to different audience segments (crypto natives, retail investors, gamers, fintech adopters, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver high-performing assets.
Performance Marketing Integration
- Translate performance data into creative hypotheses and rapid iteration cycles.
- Partner with media buyers to align creatives with CPR, ROAS, and LTV goals.
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Align creative direction with major product launches (Academy content, Miner Wars updates).
- Coordinate with localization teams to adapt creative for priority regions (US, UK, EU, LATAM, Asia).
Innovation & Trends
- Stay on top of Web3, fintech, and gaming ad trends.
