Crew Ticketing Coordinator

Due to our fleet expansion we are seeking a Crew Ticketing Coordinator
As a part of your role, you will:
- Monitor incoming correspondence regarding travel requests
- Communicate travel needs to travel agencies
- Proceed with all travel arrangements and notifies operators and all related counterparties
- Inform port agents and authorities about the list of travelers
- Resolve all ongoing travelling issues
- Be responsible for Ticketing filing
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Degree in Shipping/Maritime or any other relevant
- Experience in Crew Department or travel agency
- Computer literacy, (experience with Danaos Software will be considered as an additional asset)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Efficiency in troubleshooting, organizing skills, attention to detail
