Location: Lagos, Nigeria | Office-based, 5 days per week - (permanent, full-time)

We’re hiring a hands-on, highly organised HR project coordinator to lead the clean-up, standardisation, and alignment of our global HR infrastructure, from systems and templates to onboarding and compliance. If you thrive on process, structure, and making things work better behind the scenes, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the alignment of employee records and documentation in BambooHR
- Build visa tracking and right-to-work compliance tools
- Standardise onboarding checklists and global induction content
- Audit and improve contracts, letters, and policy templates
- Create one-page benefits summaries by location
- Reorganise SharePoint for structure, version control, and accessibility
- Clean up recruitment system templates in Workable
- Track project progress and report weekly to the HR team in London
- Support onboarding and documentation for our graduate programme
