The Opportunity
As our Technical Client Success Specialist, you’ll act as the technical liaison within Client Success, collaborating with colleagues across Content, Product, and Engineering to ensure client issues are diagnosed and resolved efficiently. This role combines technical understanding of content sources with strong communication skills to ensure clients receive clear, timely updates, and that internal teams have a reliable technical escalation point.
